On April 25, 2025, Hiroki Matsuo, President and CEO of Pacifico Energy K.K., received letters of appreciation for his donation to the Kyushu University Fund.
Matsuo, an alumnus of Kyushu University, supported students’ participation in a training program at the University of Cambridge, with the hope that they will become future leaders on the global stage. He expects the students to gain valuable knowledge and experience from one of the world’s top educational institutions through this program.
About the University of Cambridge English and Academic Training Program
The University of Cambridge English and Academic Training Program is a short-term training program jointly conducted by Kyushu University and the University of Cambridge. The program aims to improve English proficiency and deepen academic knowledge for Kyushu University students. The training takes place at Pembroke College, University of Cambridge, over approximately three weeks. Pre-training includes English language improvement, learning about British culture, and preparing for independent travel in the UK.
