On November 19, 2023, We hold an event was held at Pacific Energy’s Furukawa Mega Solar Power Plant in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, to find sheep that are grazed for weeding.
In consideration of the natural environment, the Furukawa Mega Solar Power Plant has been trying to weed by grazing sheep instead of relying on herbicides, pesticides, and manpower. Children of Pacific Energy employees who participated in the event looked fun ,and counted the number of sheep.
Pacifico Energy will continue its efforts to increase the number of environmentally friendly power plants.
